While studying them, you should keep in mind the hormonal and structural features of the ovary at each stage. On day 10 at low magnification, the myometrium (m) is on the left and endometrium (e) is on the right (HA20). This image and HA21 show the proliferative phase, when the stratum functionalis is being reconstructed after the menstrual flow.
