This EM was taken at low magnification. It shows the same structures in the neuron that are visible with the nucleic acid stain used in image HA4, but now you can also see membranes, other cell organelles and cellular structures such axons and dendrites. Note the nucleus (1), the nucleolus (2), and the RER and polysome clusters (Nissl bodies, 3). Trace the cell membrane of the neuron. After completing the lab, identify 4, 5 and 6 in the Labeled image.
